Starting Over Talk - Peer Coaching Support Site

I saw it today, and I enjoyed it. My impression was that the women of SO benefited from the experience as did the viewers. It really was a beautiful show as well as inspirational. It was educational, but edited well enough that it was also entertaining. It's a shame that the show is ending.

This show should not be over, watching the last show was sad, the women are the best.

After not watching the reruns for weeks, I did TIVO todays show. I loved seeing Maureen, Lynell and Kim2....and several other's, even Nyanza. It's been an interesting ride, but, I think this show has run it's course. Some of these women where terrific, some not, a slice of life. I wish them all well.

I'm aware that Starting Over will most likely not be coming back for a 4th season.

If the show were to have ever returned for a 4th season...

I could see the possiblity of Bunim-Murray Productions and NBC-Universal Television Distribution selling the show to Harpo Productions and King World Television Distribution. I could see Oprah working her magic, and making it a much better TV show.

We'd still like to see Leah (Season 1), Bethany (Season 3), and Niambe (Season 3) coming back to complete their goals, and graduating.

Plus, new ladies coming to the Starting Over House, with more compelling life stories, and getting the opportunity to start over. Also, updates on the Season 3 couples, and the former Starting Over graduates.

We got to see an all couples SOH (Starting Over House) during the first 2 1/2 weeks of Season 3. I could picture an all mens SOH during a 3 week period. It be converted back to the all womens SOH afterward. However, I doubt very seriously that we'd get to see it.

If the show came back i would not want to see Leah she was playing to the cameras. Niambi i think would have graduated if she came back.

I loved the original Leah. She was the first lesbian on SO.
