It sounds like many of you are calling the NBC number and that is great! While there always seem to be conflicting information streaming in everyday, I still think anything we do will be helpful. If we do nothing, the show will certainly fall between the cracks.

I have given this matter much thought. Certainly, Rhonda and Dr. Stan have agents and or attorneys who negotiate their contracts and certainly they are in the know of this matter. I have contacted Bunim/Murray Production's legal counsel in order to gather more information about the status of SO and/or the identity of the other attorneys involved. I have left a message and do not know if he will return my call. Keep your fingers crossed.

Wow, that was fast! I just spoke with Gil Goldshein, Legal Counsel for Bunim/Murray Productions. I explained why I was calling and relayed the various stories we have been given regarding a Fourth Season of SO. He says that Bunim/Murray wants to do another season, but only if NBC will pick it up. I informed him that when I called Bunim/Murray months ago, the representative told me that even if NBC didn't pick SO up, that they would find another network who would. Mr. Goldshein said that person did not know what they were talking about.

Mr. Goldshein told me that if the fans want the show back, they should let NBC know. I told him about the SO fan line at NBC and he said that is the way to go.

It is difficult for me to doubt what Mr. Goldshein has said about the matter. The reason being is that he acknowledges that he is their attorney and that he is speaking on their behalf. As a member of the Bar, I know what that means. A lawyer would not do that if he had any doubt of the information he is giving.

I still hope that Jonathon Murray or his office will still call me directly. He received my letter on May 18 and I have not received a return call or e-mail.

I'm not sure what else we can do at this point. Perhaps I will think of something else soon.

hi debby -- i'm just curious... are you investigating the show's future as a fan or a lawyer/journalist/other?? i'm impressed you've gotten thru to so many people.
