I just read that "Days" has a new head writer that is going to get away from all the craziness of the past couple of years and bring the show back to reality! They will develop Marlena into the "Matriarch", and develop story lines that relate to the characters again! Thank Goodness!

For the past couple of years the stroy lines have been crazy! There has been no beginning, middle nor end to each plot line. Can't wait to see how "Days" developes now!

Well IMO it can only go up from here...lol

I just read some spoilers about Days. So if you don't want to know these you should slowly back out of this thread now...lol



The gloved hand is going to be revealed as EJ. He is going to end up being a DiMeira (BIG SHOCK...NOT) but apparently he is either going to be Benji (that Kayla and Steve took in and then realized he was Stefano's) OR he is going to be "little Elvis"...Susan's son. I knew that guy was being too nice...he had to be evil...lol

Jack and Jennifer are leaving the show, and apparently so is Phillip, there was no word if he would be re-cast. Shawn is being re-cast, don't remember the guy's name...I hate when they re-cast a character. Patrick and Mimi are leaving. I guess this means Shawn and Belle will be getting back together. The paternity of Claire is supposed to really come out soon...another DNA is scheduled. There was another one or two that I can't remember now, but I started thinking with all these people leaving who are they going to write the stories about...lol.

It looks like the new writer is actually going to do some good for Days....let's hope, and let's hope he can move these story lines along a little faster!


Oh and Patrick is supposed to be arrested in Eve's murder.

Wow, a lot happening on the show. I thought Jennifer and Jack always made a great couple and to see them leaving the show it's too bad.

Oh the ones I couldn't remember were leaving were Carrie and Austin. I read it today in the checkout at Wal-Mart in Soap Opera Digest.

I'm really looking forward to some better and hopefully faster moving story lines, but I hope he doesn't get rid of everyone...lol

I'm kind of excited about the show now so I hope good things start happening.
