Season 2 reruns on TVOne 2 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 1
I'm excited about Season 2 rerunning. I think it starts next week. When I started watching it the first time, I hadn't begun to tape it until Sinae graduated. (She is still one of my favorites)

I also started my own SO process with this season and can't wait to continue my process based on those assignments. I urge any one else out there to watch with a new agenda in mind - to take the plunge and begin STARTING OVER!!

Did not see this post before today!! I am sooo enjoying the SOH2
reruns...missed a few shows before , and I find myself more able
to pay attention to each woman's story this time around. Find that
the same is true on Season3, but I'm not sure I'm going to "eat
that whole thing" again!! Hard enough to take the first time
around!!
I agree, Sinae was a sweetheart...and so mature for her age.
Watching her today take the downtown bus reminded me that, once she got started, there was no stopping her!

I was watching but got out of it for a couple of weeks. If you and others are still watching, I will start back.

Which episode are they on right now?

The last one I watched was re Josie being told she'd be graduating, and they all had a night out to celebrate. Chloe was sick when they returned, and had to be taken to hospital....Josie was frantic! It turned out to be a virus, but it made me think that this event might have had something to do with Josie later being afraid to leave Chloe with sitters, as mentioned in her return visit.

Ceilidh, I guess you could be right, however, Josie also freaked out when she was sitting at the dining table beside of Chloe and she got a little piece of teething toast in her mouth that broke off. She wasn't even in any distress, she just fussed a little, and Josie got all upset and had a melt down with Rhonda. She said she felt like she had let Chloe down.
I thought that was a little extreme, but, all first time mothers are overly protective in my opinion.

I have a good friend who had a baby as a single mom. She would never let anyone keep the child overnight. When the baby was about 14 months old, her mother wanted to sit for the baby for the weekend, 2 nights. My friend talked it over with me and broke into tears saying that she knew her son, wasn't ready. I couldn't believe it. I thought she was nuts, but, I tried to be sensitive. I new it was her that was not ready. I told her to do what she thought was best. About 2 months ago, she finally allowed her mom to keep the baby for the weekend. He is 2 and one-half years old!

From what they describe to me, it's as if they are convinced that the child will wake up, not see his mother, and freak out from fear and confusion. Is that it? They say they have no doubt the child will be safe and well cared for. I wonder if they just don't want anyone else to be able to comfort their child, even a grandparent.
