Yep, and I like the way you can actually see some of his compassion come thru. Also, I learned a little bit of why he acts the way he does.....well, in my own "reading between the lines" of his words/behaviors. He seems so driven to have successes that he explodes when people want the dream of having their own restauraunt, but are actually pretty lazy and/or short-sighted. That's how he's come across to me anyway. Also, I learned he has an 8 yr. old daughter...........he told one of the cooks that his "8 yr. old daughter can do better than that!".
