hmmm yes i wondered about that, her parents didnt seem dependant on her at all, but she is on them for sure. she has never grown up. they created a monster by giving her too much and not requiring anything of her. but way too much has been said about Lisa feeling she has to take care of them and even that she has to keep them alive, I dont think thats true at all.
when parents spoil children, they actually make them unable to care for themselves. I have seen it in my own family. one relative totally spoiled his 3 kids and guess what, all 3 of them are over 30 and still live at home and OFF mom and dad who STILL support them. they are emotionally crippled and useless adults who will not survive when mom and dad are gone. LIsa reminds me of them although they actually are much nicer people than Lisa is. Lisa can be really nasty.
