Since noone but the SOH could find any reason to allow Lisa to graduate, why did they do it?

Is it possible to purchase a graduation?

Who knows. I think there will be tons of folks trying to come up with a reasonable explanation as to why she graduated because it seems so clear that she didn't earn it.

I made a choice today. I made a choice for the betterment of my life and time and I stuck by my commitment. I watched the show until the halfway point when Lisa walked down the steps and then triumphantly shut the stupid thing off. I have to admit I wavered when Rhonda put on her no-nonsense face (reserved only for when exasperated with Lisa's antics) and asked Lisa if she was lying or being phony. Lisa looked absolutely so terrified that I was certain everyone could see she was FULL OF IT. Then Rhonda let her off the hook...again!
So, I then tuned into What Not to Wear on TLC where the woman's tears of joy referring to her life/wardrobe makeover were more believeable than that pathetic liar Lisa's tears. Thanks SO for turning me on to a new show! If it was ratings they were after with Lisa, it seems they made all of us loyal viewers sick instead.
Puh-lease. Starting over my a--. Lisa's got the skills, brains and "charm" of Paris Hilton. Too bad Daddy's nickel doesn't go as far!!!

Just one thing to say.. I'm disappointed in the show for graduating someone that didn't earn it, didn't work for it like all the others have to, didn't deserve it, didn't care enough about the process to do herself a favor and IMO didn't change. I think she lied, as usual Lisa does, about Internet Man (Jill when asked about if she was really done with him could only say "well..." that says it all) and Rhonda didn't find out where she was for so long after she left the house to call her on it or verify with Jill or someone else she talked to that I'm sure she discussed Internet Man with either. Rhonda, what happened to the tennis lessons? When did painting her room become one of the backbones? Since thats what she did you just accepted it? And wouldn't get a job mean.. get one that you'll keep for more than a couple of weeks? She quit all her other jobs before so what's different about the clothes clerk job since she apparently didn't keep that either?!

Oh well.. I think the last laugh was on Lisa getting a trophy for 'growing up'. Which is what the engravement was.. I had to laugh at that! I wonder what people will say when she shows her trophy? You got a trophy for growing up? Ah.. nice?! lol (ok) lol

Lisa's whole experience in SO of doing just what SHE wanted whenever SHE wanted with no consequences is one of the reasons SO probably won't be back for another season. There is no integrity left. When she was caught red handed by Rhonda e-mailing Mr. I (which was supposedly forbidden) she should have been asked to leave on the spot. Instead she was allowed to throw a party and insult her housemates while preparing for it. And since when does making dinner for a few people (which is something most people do every day) a reason for a graduation celebration?

Do they think the viewers are that stupid or do they just not care anymore? So sad SO.
