I noticed on SO's website under casting, that the Phoenix, AZ casting call was cancelled. I'm not sure if this is old news or not, but I thought I'd post it.

I think that casting call was scheduled some time ago. I was surprised to see the SO website still up. I think that's strange if the show is no longer in production.

If there is ever another casting call, I would certainly go. I don't know if I would want to say Thanks for coming back, we love the show, or kick them in the butt for treating SO fans the way they have.

The outpouring of love and support for SO from its many fans should mean something to the production company who produced the program. The responses I received from Bunim Murray consisted of apparent incorrect information, pass the buck because I don't know anything, or the silent treatment. I don't view that conduct as appropiate coming from a professional organization.

The conduct of BM now really causes me to wonder how the LCs and Dr. Stan were able to work with them on a professional basis.
Let's hope the staff and hg got better treatment than others have.

I think it was their decision all along not to pursue another season.

As for the main website... It's minimally maintained...and only seems to be the daily highlight plug is updated. The where are they now hasn't been touched all year and the site has not seen much updating since before Christmas except for new hg's added. They even plugged in the wrong Cassie at one time.. No new sponsors or 'resources' were added since late fall. And then they listed the specialists that were on episodes (and which episode) up through Jan. Nothing added after..and we know there have been several.

The writings been on the wall for some time.. unfortunately..

I don't think the main site is good for much anymore except to highlight the last 6 women's bios and portraits. Which I doubt they even get back to any of those 6 by the time the show goes off the air in early September.. I'd be surprised if they do.

If you went to the casting call, they'd probably insist that you change your goal. To create more drama. It's happened to others who've gone to casting calls.
