Starting Over Talk - Peer Coaching Support Site

I've seen this before and I still get a chuckle out of it, but the
second time around I'm feeling really sorry for Jill dragging all
that stuff around!! Makes me recall the strange feeling, years ago,
when I attended to my own "stuff"...had been writing for weeks,
and when I got up from the table to get a glass of water, I was
struck by the sensation of feeling...physically..."lighter." I'll
never forget it...and it still comes to mind on "heavy"days!

I liked the point of the exercise, but given Jill's physical condition, I think a different exercise should have been chosen. It was physically harmful, cruel and inhumane.
