I went with the family yesterday. We got a little wet in the morning, otherwise it was a great day! It got pretty crowded toward the end of the day, but the kids handled it very well! We are going again next week. Maybe on Thrusday or Friday. We just love it!! Good thing it comes only once a year. We eat and spend way too much!

I havent been to the State Fair yet, but have been out to the Rennascance Fair the last 2 weekends....In full costume!
My daughter sings in the acapella group "Shakespears Lovechild" Go listen to them if you get out there. My daughter also has a web site where she has photographs (alot taken by me) and Alot of her songs. If you want a treat, go to AlisonNolan.com I know she'll kill me, but too bad, I am just a proud mom.

I do need to go to the fair..I want to try a fried ice cream sandwich.....more stuffing for my fat butt!!!!

Any word on a mall visit?

Hi photogirl, I love the Rennaissance Festival. I really wanted to go this year but moneys has been a little tight this year, so will have to skip. It would be fun to see your daughter sing. They have such good entertainment at the festival.

No mall plans yet, but will let you know if I hear anything. Hope you make it to the fair. The weather has been much more pleasant lately.

Photogirl...OMG..she is wonderful!..and singing Defying Gravity?..I love that song! She sang it beautifully..I downloaded Orange Colored Sky and its fantastic too ..You certainly have good reason to be a proud Mom..thanks for sharing that...I can't wait to let my daughter hear it when she comes over tomorrow..She's a theatre major ...
