I'd let Andy touch me-- I mean I'd let her touch me with her make-up brushes and hair brushes and combs. I noticed she uses Bare Minerals-- and no spot from the sponsor, even. I wouldn't let her pick out my clothes, but she would be welcome to make suggestions. I actually like Andy-- she's nice. I wonder if she's still married.

No amount of nice can ever make up for all the eyebrows. Those are just heinous.

Andy, has taken a ride on SO for far too long. Rhonda told Andy that all she needed was to "SAY" she is an "Expert", to "Claim it. Bottom line, Andy needs training and experience, much more that a brief modeling career. IMO, Andy is not an expert in any area that she claims to be. It is all too obvious from viewing her "Make Overs." Too bad that Andy let her Extreme Ego get in the way of furthering her education in her chosen career. I am afraid that SO is Over and so is Andy.

It really is disapointing that we as women spend so much time taring eachother down and gossiping about one another. What a waste of out precious energy. WE as women hold so much power and piss it away. If we would only unite and support one and another WE coould have it all, instead of giving it up. We should be running the world instead of men (I belive it would be more peaceful.) But I guess we are to busy judging each other and holding each other down we are our own worst enemy. Are we even going to unite and blow out the phone lines at NBC on Thursday or are there more important things to worry about like Sommer's Hair and lip gloss.

I think Andy does a good job. . . and she's pretty and has good fashion sense. She knows a lot, I've learned from listening to her. By the way - what the hell is wrong with Avon? It's the #1 direct selling beauty company in the world.! Maybe you are an overweight jealous idiot, Yeah I bet you look waay better than Andy Paige..were you a model?

Oh there is so much more to what we've discussed than anyone's hair and lipgloss, reading through these forums more will show that. There is nothing wrong in standing up for ourselves and saying that some perceive the makeovers as ones that do not bring out the best of each of these women. Andy is a great lady, just in some opinions may have been lead into the wrong profession. Part of supporting each other is being honest with one another. Standing in our own truths. Calling things like they are perceived instead of accepting things as they are. Building better so that each one of us can be the best we each as individuals can be. Not many have said they dislike Andy.. I don't dislike her.. I simply do not share her same tastes. What's wrong with that? We are no longer sheep that follow.. We, as women.. have a voice. I may not agree always with everything I hear.. but I respect a person's right to speak it. I admit I'm not tolerant of closed-mindedness.. I find that shallow and stifling. That's me though. It doesn't work for me. But to see these boards and all of the great perspectives and thought processes that come out with women sharing and learning and growing.. and then to land in one topic about 'makeovers' and decide it's all we're about? Look around... because we are far more diverse than that.
