Sorry for my ignorance, what was I thinking going on vacation and having a blast, without setting the TiVo!!!!! but can someone please tell me what ever became of Cassie? I've been scanning the spoilers and show guides but don't understand. I blinked and she was gone. Did she get a phone call from her long lost son or what?

Not yet, but spoilers allude to a reunion. She really did leave rather quickly....to start her own personal assistant business in L.A. is what I gathered and she got 3 months rent to help her out.
