her to run back to bad relationships, at which time Iyanla asked Christie if she was going to do that, or if she was going to drink or do drugs. There are "triggers" for addictions everywhere - and Christie is afraid of facing them when she returns home. So, I understood Rhonda to be saying that she was going to trigger Christie like she has never been triggered before - BEFORE Christie goes home, so she is ready and knows she can face hardships or obstacles without resorting back to her addictive behavior. That's how I heard it and I actually thought, well, let's see if you can really do that and get her ready.
