Hello from Georgia everyone....my name is Katie, and I look forward to sharing my thoughts and opinions with you all. A little bit about myself, I am married (almost 4 yrs now) no children...yet. I am a RN, (I worked in OB for 6 yrs.) however, do to an accident, I currently work at home, transcribing for a few Dr.'s in the area. I am going back to school in the fall to be a mid-wife. My goals are to open my own birthing center, complete our family with a few (5 or 6) children, and to figure out my purpose.
I kinda stumbled in on this site, and I couldn't be happier. I am not much for soaps (or anything that resembles a soap) or drama, but for some reason SO touched me. Fast forward through 2 more seasons, and here I am, a SO addict. I mean it's bad!! So bad that if they do cancel SO, I may need to hire my own life coach to get over the trauma of it all. I also am guilty of getting several of my GF's addicted.... (at least I won't be alone in my recovery!) Now, instead of complaining about co-workers and patients, we discuss what happened that day on SO. I chose to get a season pass on my TIVO, so I am currently watching season's 1, (again) and of course, season 3. I host a weekly Sunday after-church-get-together with my GF's, who bring over food, munchies, and their pillows. After we eat, we gather out munchies and pillows and hang out on the floor, watching the episodes that someone may have missed that week, or watch again, particular episodes that really got to us one way or another.
