What a strong show on anger! Denise has so much, and gives it to Cassie as she sees her mom in her. I can so relate to Denise. Without the Lord, I would be so lost within my anger and pain. Forgiveness and love can heal so much. I wish Denise all the help she needs to break the cycle of violence. I too, have used words to hurt, and to insult people. When words are positive, what a powerful way to spread love and kindness! God gave us two ears, and one mouth, so I will be quiet and listen to others more. (We do have ten fingers to type, however!!)

All I have ever felt from you is kindness, sweetness and a quiet calm. I really feel that your persona is revealed in your posts.....and I have never felt anything but compassion and love from your writings.

This episode on Anger was very strong and maybe an eye opening experience for many of us on how we may have used or use anger to hurt people. Or how people we know use Anger to hurt us and we don't recognize it as violence and abuse. Like Denise said verbal abuse it worse the scares go away but the words are always with you. much harder to heal.

what a powerful and eye opening show on anger for Denise to learn from today. It really seemed to open her eyes and the door to healing and learning the correct way to do things.
