Sommer & Denise head to beach for surfing lessons; Sommer learns she has reached a major milestone in her weight loss, but would rather not celebrate her success. The women do an exercise called Stretch, Risk or Die. Rachael has the courage to ask her aunt why she didn't raise her after her parents' death.

T 7
Armed police evacuate the SOGs from the house after a break-in, while the LCs suspect foul play. Denise has a meeting with a violence intervention expert. T experiences painful revelations about her family & self. Cassie works on an exercise that reveals more about her to Rhonda then ever imagined.

W 8
T remains in "incubator" & discusses verbal & emotional abuse with Iyanla. Iy has a startling revelation for T. After much deliberation, T decides she is tired of Iy attacking her marriage & must stand up for herself. (!!!!) Dr. Stan helps T prepare for her confrontation with Iy. Denise tries to get other SOGs attention. Sommer prepares for her parents' visit by listing things she inherited from her family & putting them in her treasure chest.

Th 9
T's anger towards Iy takes a surprising turn. Iy shows Rachael a "wounded woman" mannequin on a stretcher. Rachael must diagnose the mannequin as if it were heself. Renee breaks down when she receives an assignment she thinks she cannot handle, nor understand. Iy challenges her to figure out why she is in the SO House, while Denise helps Renee see the bigger picture. (Go 'head Denise!) The SOGs cook a family dinner together. T invites husband to house for a fierce conversation. (Oh, Oh, Oh!!!)

Sommer's parent arrive & she sees a whole new side to her Dad. Sommer discusses the harsh reality of her legacy box with her parents. T prepares for her fierce conversation with husband. (Don't miss this one!) Cassie meets with an attorney to discuss her desire to reconnect with her son & her legal rights, but she does not leave the meeting feeling positive about the future.
