Hi,

I loved this post i have to show my niece this she seems to feel bananas have alot of calories. Does anybody know? Personally I think it is worth it how many could it have really one banana? 90?? tops.

I love bananas. I just recently added it back into my diet. I stayed away from them for many years because they are high in carbs.

I slice a banana, add yogurt and nuts... yum a real treat.

It brings back the olden days when I ate an occasional banana split.
