Hear, hear Mystique!!! So true.
I will say that I have tried this technique in a silent way and have realized it is simply focusing when you are starting to lose it. I litteraly start thinking, "I need strength, I need strength" or "I need patience, I need patience" and I snap out of it and calm down. It does feel like magic and, from a spiritual perspective, is very comforting and revives faith.
I get it completely.

I also found the "I smell resistance" thing hilarious! Iyanla calls it like she sees it, and I admire that. It's probably the best quality that a life coach can have.

IF..I WERE BRAVE ENOUGH TO ENTER A STARTING OVER HOUSE, I WOULD LOVE IYLANA AS A COACH, I LOVE TO HUG AND BE HUGGED, I LOVE ARTS AND CRAFTS, I WOULD LOVE TO HEAL THE HURTS FROM MY DAD. IT IS SAD WE COULD ALL USE A LITTLE STARTING OVER HOUSE IN EVERY COMMUNITY LADIES, LET'S KEEP STARTING OVER AND IYLANA IN OUR HEARTS AND MINDS. MY LOVE, JAZZ
