Thank you for the info on Susan in that picture. I could not believe that was her.
She looks fantastic.
I am so happy she found her father, and that he did not turn his back on her now. It must have being so hard to hear some of the real truths about that time in her mothers life.
Her grandmother sure did not want any father figure there.
I could not believe she wanted Susan to think her stepfather was just a family friend, and never know just how much she was loved by her stepdad. When he gave her the dogtaggs from the war I cried. This poor man had wanted to be her dad even after the death of her mom. I hope she stays in contact with both of these fathers who really love her.
But she is looking great and at peace so all is good for her now..
