LIFT ME UP
Jill continues to build her defense and learns about personal power. Allison works to get her finances in order and learns she will be taking a trip. Jessica is worried about her father and stepmother's visit. Lisa talks about "Mr. Internet."

HELPING THE NEED
Allison and Iyanla go to Houston to help Hurricane Katrina victims. Lisa meets with experts to discuss her molestation. Christina interviews with a job counselor and is surprised by what she is told.

RUNNING AWAY
The women discuss sexuality. Jill learns she gained 7lbs. Jessica voices her desire to move to Los Angeles, but realizes she is only running away from her problems. Lisa meets with a doctor to address her intimacy issues.

Christina reveals that she might be pregnant. Jill discovers the three things she must always do to succeed on her path. Allison returns and Lisa continues to create drama in the house. Jessica faces her past and speaks honestly with her ex-boyfriend about their breakup.
