Yeah, some of the same things ran through my brain a soon as I saw the previews and chatter about possibly being pregnant. I knew there had to be more to the story than her just being irked by how the roommate treated her on the phone.
Yes and it's very typical of roommates to act in cahoots with one another when trying to avoid someone. Didn't Stephen say that he'd have Paul call her back? (I'll have to double check that recap!) Seems like she kept implying that she wasn't going to call Paul back. But I could have misunderstood this part of the wierd conversation at the dinner table and the phone call itself with the roommate.
