i was thinking tonite that if i was Lisa's mom how embrassed i would be...embarassed not only for Lisa but me also...here Lisa is on national tv where everyone can see how rude, shallow, and obnoxious she is...

i wonder if her parents are like that too...she had to learn it from someone...

i think i would too embarassed to even go the SO house...i think i would just lock myself up in my house and not come out...

I think you and I would certainly feel that way (as in mortified!!), but I tend to wonder if, indeed, her parents even think anything is truly out of whack? I've listened to people before and thought I'd die of embarrassment if I ever said anything like they did, yet they REALLY don't get that anything is amiss!! It's definitely learned from the environment they are raised in.

yep Grizzly, i would be mortified if she was one of kids on national tv acting the way Lisa does...

It may not even be that here parents are like it could just be that they let het get away with things growing up. I actually feel bad for Lisa. She is starting to get embarresed by the way her life has turned out.

I know some people are outraged that at the age of 40 she is "taking advantage" of her parents. It's not like at the age of 40 she all of a sudden decided that she was going to take things from them. I don't think she knows any other way to live. She has been living this way for 40 years.

Yes Tara, I am seeing the embarrassment on her face too...She was (if only for a second) embarrassed when the Housemates called her out on the manipulating for desert...

...Not the desert, the dessert...(gawd )
