I agree with Jackee. The baggage was so over with days ago, but the show is dragging it out for ratings. A large woman carrying all that stuff, huffing and puffing, is not funny in any sense at all. The show, with their focus on Jill with the amusing music, is just cruel.

If this exercise is getting old for us viewers, I can only imagine how Jill is feeling about it. However, do you think that she might have already been through this exercise if she didn't keep sabotaging it? I mean, how many times has she had to be corrected? Talk about fighting the system...

I agree with that. I think that if she would just follow the assignment to the letter that she would have already gotten through it and found the message Iyanla is trying to send.

I think she gets it....we ALL get it. Iyanla sometimes likes her power trips a little too much.
Jill is very overweight and it can't be good for her to carry all this crap around everywhere - the girl is gonna have a heart attack!!
I have to say, if it was me, I would have given up by now with this crap - move on already!

People, I don't know about you, but this segment of Jill shedding her bags was PO-WER-FUL for me. It resonated deep within me and rang all kinds of bells. I-GOT-IT! That being, as Iyanla put it, "baggage is your inauthentic self". PHEW!
