I was surprised to see Lou's reaction to the car assignment. It's making me have doubts about him and Jennifer!

I was shocked when I heard that comment. He "seemed" to be really trying to do the assignments to help work on things with Jennifer

On Monday's episode IMO Lou was over reacting to the assignment over the car. Everyone else was willing to pitch in and do what needed to be done and he was making a really big deal about it. I didn't understand why? That was the point of my comment. And I agree with Cheryl when she said it was as if they felt they were too good to do it or something like that.
Then on today's show after they gave them the option to either do it or go home. There attitude changed. They are still my favorite couple but, still wondering if they will be able to work out their differences? That's what I meant by having doubts about them.

Thank you netty. I too thought I was the minority. I could not have cleaned that car after it was more heavily trashed. I would have tossed my lunch and breakfast. Which would have been very counter productive! Lou was leading the assignment at the beginning. It wasn't until the car got unbearably (IMO) disgusting. Perhaps it wasn't handled in the best manor. He was trying to be funny when he tossed in his water bottle. And when things got real heated he made a comment about it being "fine for the others" but I really didn't see it as him thinking He was better than they were, but that if they wanted to clean it then fine, but he wasn't changing his mind.

campingshadow...good point. why was NOT doing the assignment ok for Michael w/out much more than a slap on the wrist but Lou's existence in the house is threatened for the same thing. He "got it" just wasn't getting into the muck.

I love Lou & Jennifer

It looks like Lou and Jen have a lot more muck to go through. They touched on some new issues with the money thing.

I initially thought Lou was cool, but now I'm having second thoughts and see they have alot of underlying issues...mother and child relationship...they both seem like spoiled brats and enablers. Lou needs to realize that if they want to solve their relationship problems he's going to have to roll up his sleeves and dig in there and do the "dirty" work. Jen needs to stop taking his side without forethought and hold his feet to the fire sao he can become responsble (imho).
