If I'm going to be busy, or not at home, I tape it and type the show as I watch it. You probably can tell the difference with the style of writing I use! Didn't know you even read these, 2!! Might be a spoiler if I post too early for you to see it yourself!

Sinae had her hair in cornrows, and she was complaining to Sommer about weight. Sommer didn't have sympathy, and turned it around to make it about her. We all can have weight issues, whether skinny or not.

Iyanla met with the women, and told them they need to consider how it will be when they leave the house. Towanda's husband, Andre is coming today. Towanda said she thinks people will be shocked at how she can be open and honest with her feelings now. Iyanla said that is easy to say now. She said their growth will shake everyone else up. You need to set your boundaries, and when they are crossed, you give a warning, draw a line in the sand, then act.

Rhonda met with Sommer. Today, Marcus will help her work out, and they will shop for groceries, and Sommer will cook a healthy meal for the house. Sommer said she denied to herself that she ever had a food issue. Oh my!!! hock:
She said her dad would take her out for ice cream, instead of show love.

Andre arrived at the airport, and told Towanda he forgot how beautiful she was. He loves her and misses her, and didn't realize how much until she was gone.

Rhonda told Josie she needs to go to Phil's Animal Rental, to research job possibilities, and look into what is necessary to get into the business.

Andre arrived at the house, and figured out who each women was before he was introduced. He has names for all the houseguests. Kim is Hugh Heffner, Jennifer is Mountain High.

Sommer worked out with Marcus, and she admitted she has a crush on him, to the camera, not to him! He showed her some samples of bad and good food snack choices. That was a small amount of chips!

Josie saw Phil, and worked with dogs, pigs, and some sheep. He offered her a job, but she was not too excited about it. Phil said to the camera he thinks when the hours got long, Josie couldn't handle it, but he was willing to give her a chance. She didn't come in barn clothes, as my dad would say!

Iyanla met with Towanda and asked her what she liked about her husband. Towanda said he is her sanity, honest, fun, and supportive. She still believes he will eventually cheat on her. Iyanla said where the mind goes, the body follows. She needs to change her mind!

Marcus shopped with Sommer and he told her 70% of a program is about the food, exercise is a bonus. A guideline to follow when shopping is to stay to the outside of the isles. That is where your fresh foods are. Stay away from the packaged foods. Good advice, and I never thought of it that way. Thanks, Marcus.

Josie told Rhonda she got offered a job. Rhonda is not happy with her for not taking this seriously. She put Josie on notice, and told Josie she needs a plan, needs the facts, needs to get real about how she is going to support her and Chloe.

Sommer made a nice meal of salad and chicken for the house. They seemed to enjoy it. Towanda and Andre went out to eat. While they were gone, Jennifer and Josie hid their stuff. When they got back, Sinae told them something was done to their room. Josie said Sinae was a tattletale, and she can't even have any fun with a practical joke. Very immature, IMO.

Tomorrow, Josie is shown a video and told to pack, Andre says he is angry and doesn't like being controlled, and Sinae is frustrated. May just have to read the spoiler for this one.

What I meant was when I was talking about Sommer not knowing she had a food issue. Come on!

I think that the voisce at the begining of the show is a professional speaker. I have heard the word, "life" and then look and it is not starting over it a commercial for another program. There are people who cut in their voice for a living. Just my thoughts.
