Okay...that may seem weird...but one of the groups of folks I have a strong affinity with is the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community. "Intros" seemed the best place to start this...I could be wrong, and if so I apologize. My husband - who I have know for 12 years, married since 3/96 - is Deaf, and his 1st language is ASL (American Sign Language)...and the "ravages" of the auto immune syndrome I have (which includes FMS, CFIDS, MCS and SC [systemic candida]), have caused me to become hard-o-hearing...so now I often NEED ASL as well. Anyone else out there who shares our language??
