I think the way Cheryl insults Troy is sad really. It's perhaps her way of making him feel beneath her. As for today with the pool exercise, I thought she was rather cold. She spoke little and even seemed to admonish him when he didn't take her direction as she expected him to. She said in voiceover that she considered the possibility of him falling in but noted that there would be no need for her to jump in. “He’s a big boy; he had a life jacket on; he would’ve been fine”. Ouch!

cheryl was made to feel not wanted by her family wanted a boy she verbally beats troy down to make him less than a man.

that's how I feel too...self importance to someone who doesn't truly find herself important

I agree with you Netty, She doesn't seem to have much respect for Troy I kinda feel sorry for him in a way? Hopefully they can get past this?

Why aren't the life coaches confronting Cheryl about the infidelity? I get the feeling that it wasn't a recent thing. They have been together for a long time. They were talking about Desert Storm. Wasn't that in the early 90's?

There must be something else going on with those two.

In my opinion that statement needs a slight correction.Troy seems to be most in love. Cheryl seems like a woman who has lost control and feels like she needs to save face. The whole fake crying thing is proof of that. She may have been crying out of hurt a little but I think most f her crying was because she's afraid Troy could tell her he's had enough and she won't be able to force him to take her back.
