thanks Nadia and Babyface...he was a special little guy and his memories will live on forever...when i first found him walking on the side of the road he had a broken paw, healed already so permanently deformed and he could hardly breathe...so i went up to the where i thought his owners lived and told them that their cat was going to get hit...they didnt care...they said that he already got ran over once that is how his paw got broken and that if he didnt stay away from their baby chickens that they were going to shoot him...so i went back to where he was and picked him up and took him home...

the next day when i took him to the vet...she told me that he was dehydrated and and undernourished...actually he was starving to death...he weighed only 3 pounds and he was already almost a year old...so he stayed at the vets for a couple of days so she could IV fluids and tube feed him...when i went back to get him...he looked so different...that nite he decided that he was going to sleep on my pillow up at the top of my head and make a nest out of my hair...he fell asleep purring...and he purred most of the nite...he and i slept like that everynite ever since...

i miss him so very much...i made arrangements yesterday to take and have him cremated and will place an eternal memorial for him at rainbow's bridge...

(((hugs))) and once again...thanks...sorry i a little carried away there...

Here this is funny

The family wheeled Grandma out on the lawn, in her wheelchair, where the activities for her 100th birthday were taking place. Grandma couldn't speak very well, but she could write notes when she needed to communicate.

After a short time out on the lawn, Grandma started leaning off to the right, so some family members grabbed her, straightened her up, and stuffed pillows on her right. A short time later, she started leaning off to her left, so again the family grabbed her and stuffed pillows on her left.

Soon she started leaning forward, so the family members again grabbed her, then tied a pillowcase around her waist to hold her up.

A nephew who arrived late came up to Grandma and said, "Hi, Grandma, you're looking good! How are they treating you?" Grandma took out her little notepad and slowly wrote a note to the nephew. . . "They won't let me fart!"
