Please Clear This Up, Once and Fore All! 3 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
On the Big Board, The Cassie Camp was quite clearly divided between those that positively could not stand Cassie and Those that almost idolized her.

First. let me say that I believe that there is a huge difference between wishing somone well and discussing our observations. These are not one and the same. I wish Cassie well, but I fail to see any change in her, other than her wardrobe getting bigger.

What exactly did Cassie accomplish in nearly four months on this show? What personal changes did she make, that are likely to turn her life around? I am truly interested in hearing these observations.

Evidently you didn't watch all the shows. Cassie came on the show as a very inverted and scared of the world person. Over the months, we watched her blossom and grow into a very self assured confident person. I didn't idolize Cassie, I did admire her very much. She was so intent on making ammends with her biological son, that she was practically obsessed with it. In the end, she learned to let go and let God do her work for her. That is a very hard lesson to learn, and she did it with the help of the life coaches and Dr. Stan. Cassie was the most deserving cast member I can recall, and I have watched from day 1. Cassie changed right before our eyes, and not just in one way, in many.

Right On HoneyB!

I couldn't have said it any better.......

I could feel for Cassie all along the way, coming from where she did, falling down along the way.........

BUT showed how she was so able to pick herself back up, wipe herself off, and continue on.

YOU GO CASSIE! Very Proud of Her!

Peace.

Wow,isn't that wild that 2 people can be watching the same thing and see or not see things so completely different
I too saw much change in Cassie throughout her stay at the SO house. She was so down on herself, felt she was a bad person to let her son go,deserved nothing good, was obsessed with re-connecting with her son before she could go on with her own life.
I haven't been watching the re-runs but maybe I should, because just like Andy...I forgot how much they really grew and how much progress they made until I watched the re-run of Season 1 and was reminded!!Perception.

When I first saw Cassie on the show, I felt like she was a loser. Then right before our eyes, she transformed into a likeable person and someone I admire. She did remarkable I feel to beable to let go of the one most important person in her life, her son. She showed compassion, strength and courage to go through the process like she did. she did A-OK in my book.

I am shocked that not everyone saw Cassie's tremendous growth in the house. It was an amazing transformation. I still wish her the best life has to offer and hope that she is happy. She is a special lady. She just didn't always realize it.
