towanda was a bully and was emotionally abusive to sommer. i have been rewatching these episodes i never saw how towanda and tess are alot alike. towanda needed the group to back her up she could not go to sommer one on one.

I don't agree. I think Towanda had a alot of issues to work on, but ultimately she wanted to change. I don't think the way she treated Sommer was justified, however that does not make her like Tess. Tess did not want to change, she wanted to be right. Towanda was willing to accept that she was not right and was willing to listen. She eventually came around and listened to Sommer as well and it appeared they got along fine in the end.

I can understand your correlation between Towanda and Tess...but in my opinion there is one MAJOR difference.....Towanda and Tess both stirred up controversy in some ways, but Towanda always had her ducks in a row to explain why she felt the way she did. Tess let her actions explain her feelings, but did not have anything to back them up....that is just my opinion though.

i think what is the issue is both are sisister in that they are decievers tess in her way and townada who is now a criminal for check fraud
