Where on earth have I been? I never knew of this show! I guess, I wasnt ready for this show before, but apparently I am now, because I am eating this up every day and tivo'ing all the reruns-which are firsts for me.

I saw my first episode on May 26th... I was overnite in the hospital for some surgery, and couldnt sleep so it was early in the morning, and flipping thru the channels and caught the show right at the beginning and I have been HOOKED from that moment forward.

I live in Atlanta GA area, and I have learned so much from these women, from the life coaches... and having just met dr stan, he hasnt shared to much into my mindset/life just yet.

so.. HI everyone!

Welcome to the site Dawn. I know you will have a great time here with all the sistars here. We love to laugh and share our thoughts on the show and how things are working out for each of them.
I guess it is really something to see the show for the first time. I began watching from the first show last year and was hooked by show 3.

I have learnt a lot from watching and hope you will too.
Do not be shy about asking anything about the show, it may be all reruns for us now but some of the house guest still stir up emotions here
