Thanks to all the ladies who have replied to my intro. Ya'll sure make a body feel welcome. I was an af brat and lived in Canada for 2and a half years. Goose Bay Labrador. One question though? Why an ac when it doesnt get warm enough to melt all the snow? Have never seen so much snow sence. thanks again for the welcome and hope to talk to you soon.

thank you for the warm welcome. I did not get to see Candy but my sister kept me up to date on said she reminded her of me will have to wait for the rerun to see if that was a complment. I should explain I didnt choose the name from the group although i did like the band.... I come from disfunctional family that you could do a whole show on in its sefl. My sister talk alot and we talk about problems and stated at times we were twisted hince the name . talk you in the chatroom.

my brother was posted at that base in Goose Bay for five years. My daughter went there one summer and she met all the flyers from around the world. She was there the summer there was that big crash and some pilots died... She knew two of the I believe it was the Italian flyers . It was very hard for her that summer.

I agree up there it is winter 10 months of the year and you would never need a AC up there

My attempt at humor is off sometimes, I ment to joke about where I live now

Personally, I like the group Twisted Sister. My favorite group in the 80's and I still listen to them.
