The wikipedia.. has everything you always wanted to know about Kevin Trudeau but were afraid to ask! :P :P
What a quack..
Although I will say that peroxide has a multitude of uses...and my father uses it to combat bacteria. He uses it as a mouthwash and gargle.. He has COPD and since he started using it..has had far fewer respiratory infections like bronchitis.
So there may be a few old wives tales thrown in that have some basis of truth and might work.

Post edited by: KPW1956, at: 2006/11/08 12:49
Good job KPW... LOL... I agree Kevin Trudeau seems to be a quack... a very rich one... by just the number of books he sold. LOL
What I got out of the book for me was awareness... how to read ingredient labels... the benefits of whole foods... the benefits of eating grass fed, antibodic and hormone free meat... the danger of toxins and chemicals in food... the lack of nutrition in processed foods to name a few.
The book has lead me to research different foods, diets and nutrition in general. I'm finding it interesting. I'm taking the information in his book from who it comes, and doing further research on my own.
