Let's see, I haven't picked up the Tom Wolfe book again....yet...but...here's the latest round....
'Dogs of Babel' by Carolyn Parkhurst...weird but if ya have dogs that you *know* can just about 'talk'

, then you'll love it. Sad, weird but I enjoyed it.
Elmore Leonard's *children's book*, 'There's a Coyote in the House', another with dogs, and it is a children's book, but a fun quick read. )
'The Stolen Child' by Keith Donahue a kind of grown up's fairy tale, about 'changlelings'. Reminded me of all the made up stories my Grampa (from Scotland who visited every summer while growing up), used to tell us, sitting around his huge bed, at night.
Oh, yeah, started out with re-reading Peter Straub's 'blue rose trilogy' again, 'Koko', 'Mystery', and 'The Throat', all time great 'who-dunnitz/horror/suspense', along with about 5 of his others, having a blast....
Got TONS'O'books here, that I've been collecting, and am now in my voracious mode, do nothing but read, read, read....gotta get hubby onto those dishes.....heh....
