This has been one of my top ten books since I read it the first time! ('Prolly' up to about 5 times now.

)
It's funny, my sis refuses to read it as she is a 'born againer'. lol (No offense meant to any religion, merely remarking on my sis and her snapped shut mind.

)
She will not get past the title, to such a wonderful, glorious, riveting, and terribly horrible history of what's going on/has gone on, in Africa! Gave me a lot more insight.
I've been working with the ONE Campaign since then, and other African aide policies/protocals. If you want more info, after reading, or even before, check out the
www.one.org site.
This 'story" really brought it home, with the rich characters, and the history of the area.
I laughed like crazy and cried just as much.....I hope you enjoy it grizz!
Hugs,
MB
