I like Sinae's new Hair Color! It looks better with her pale skin...the real blonde hair blended her skin tone right in with it.

2CENTS, if Sinae's hair is that blonde color from Albinism, does it nt work as skin would when it comes to no pigment?

And when her hair grows in blonde, with darker hair and she doesn't want to color it again, is that highly unusual?
(Hope you understood what I meant! )
