The gossiping she incited among the ladies about Tess. Discussing with Vanessa (at least that was what they didn't edit out) what Iyanla had said should not be discussed outside group, yet being hypocritical when Tess did the same. 'Monster-ising' Tess by pretending she was afraid of her so Tess could be booted out. The bit in the hotel about her being afraid to share a room with Tess (or, is it having to walk through Tess's room to get to hers) was absolutely pitiful.
