Allison is getting ready in the morning. A handsome white haired gentleman knocks at the door holding flowers and a bag. Allison answers the door, and he says that he is looking for Allison and that Iyanla sent him. He tells Allison that his name is Steve and that he has been sent to be Allison’s dad for the day. In confessional, Iyanla says that she has asked a good friend of hers to be Allison’s father for the day so that she will begin to face some of her childhood demons. Steve gives Allison the flowers and then tells her that they are going to the botanical gardens.
In confessional, Jill says that her doctor called today and wants her to get her blood checked because he thinks she is anemic.
In confessional, Rhonda says that Lisa has told her time and time again that she has no skills and that is why she can’t get a job. Lisa doesn’t know that she can really take care of herself financially. Rhonda says she wants Lisa to take all the skills she has ever learned and open her own business. Rhonda sits down with Lisa and tells her that she is to be creative today. Rhonda pulls out two 50 dollar bills and tells Lisa that she wants her to take the hundred dollars and start her own business making and selling jewelry. Rhonda tells her that she is going to go and buy the things she needs to make the jewelry, come back and put everything together, and finally sell the jewelry on a street corner to make the money back. She has to sell as much as she can in 90 minutes starting at 5pm. In confessional, Lisa says that she is feeling incredibly panicked about this. She says she has to multitask and do a whole lot of things in a small amount of time. She says she has all these thoughts whirling around in her brain making her crazy right now.
Allison and her dad for the day, Steve, are walking through the gardens and she is telling him that she hasn’t had a boyfriend in 7 years and hasn’t been on a date in probably 4 or 5 years. She asks if that isn’t pitiful and Steve tells her that it is not. It just shows that she is not a codependent needy person that needs someone in her life. Allison says yes, she won’t have a man just to have a man. He tells her good for her. They sit down and have a picnic lunch and Steve asks Allison to tell him about her dad and men in general. Allison says that she has attracted two alcoholics to her and stayed afar and probably forced them to cheat on her by not being present. Allison says that she is sure that she was wonderfully attracted to them, but horrifically scared of them. Steve says that when he was going through his alcoholism that he didn’t think that he had a problem and thought he was a great drinker. He says that it was only the last 10, 20, 30 years that he realized that it wasn’t cool anymore but sick. In confessional, Allison says that Iyanla has set her up with a man today that is her father for the day. She says that ironically he has the same addictions and problems that her father had and she is taking the opportunity to talk to him. Steve tells Allison that when he drank every drink was chosen and so she has to know it about her dad. So there’s got to be an intellectuality of she knows it’s a disease and poor guy, but what about her as a little girl. What was the spirit she had when she was born, that was a free spirit that all of a sudden, it wasn’t so free anymore because didn’t feel safe to be free. Steve tells Allison that is what happened to him and his parents. Allison says that’s exactly right. Steve says that he bets there was no one in Allison’s father’s life that sat him down and had a talk with him about the drinking. Allison says no one ever did that and it was a secret they kept within the family.
TJ and Christina are in the bathroom doing their hair, and Lisa comes in and tells them that she has to start a business and is freaking out. Lisa tells them that Rhonda invested $100 to go buy the supplies, make the jewelry, and sell the jewelry. Lisa says that she gets to keep all the profits after the $100 she owes Rhonda. She then says that she can’t do it and Christina tells her that she can. Lisa asks Christina what she needs to buy to put the beads on, and Christina asks her if she is going to make necklaces, earrings, or bracelets. Christina says that she has made a lot of earrings and Lisa asks if they are easy. Lisa says to TJ and Christina that if she is the leader then she can have help and TJ says help, but Lisa is going to have to pay. Lisa says that she needs help that is free, baby. Christina asks if they get to keep some jewelry that they make. TJ says time out. In confessional, TJ says that it seems to her that Lisa is trying to take the easy way out. TJ says there is no such thing as free labor in the real world.
Jill is driving in the car and crying. In confessional, she says she is completely and totally numb. She says she went to the doctor to have blood work done to see if she was anemic, and the next thing she knows she is on the table and the doctor is telling her that her life is at risk.
Lisa is at the shop buying supplies for her jewelry. The guy shows her all the different charms that he has. She says that she likes four different ones and wants to do a series with them, and then turns around and says that she wants to nix the idea because it’s going to be too hard. He shows her how to make a jump ring for the pendant to hang from and then says this is where the labor intensity comes in. She asks if she will be able to figure it out and if it’s common sense, and he tells her yes, it pretty easy.
At the botanical garden Allison tells Steve that she came home the night before her father died, so she did get to see him. She says that she doesn’t believe that she was angry with her father because she doesn’t know how to be angry. She said she felt sad like she was the bad guy and not him. Allison says she believes there is a goodness in her that she will always have. Steve asks her if she is good because that is what she loves to do and Allison says that it is control. Steve tells Allison that is the safest way for her to be. Allison tells Steve that her mother thinks that she is the happiest, most together kid, special and unique. Allison says that it’s ironic that she always sees the negative in herself while she tried to pull out the best in everyone else. Allison says that she sees it and that she is working on it. Steve says that he thought it would be fun if he came over tonight and made dinner for everyone together. Allison says that would be great.
Rhonda meets with TJ and asks who TJ is closest to out of the 5 housemates. TJ says Jessica and Lisa, but she has been getting closer to Jill the past few days. Rhonda asks what Allison and Christina are to her – acquaintances, roommates, or strangers. TJ says that they are both acquaintances and that is something she wanted to talk to Rhonda about. She tells Rhonda that she is at the point where she says “boo” and Christina huffs and sighs. Rhonda tells TJ that she has a tendency to, when she doesn’t want to take responsibility or admit what she feels, she will put it ion someone else. TJ says ok, and that she is ready to lay down her armor and sword. Rhonda tells her great and asks TJ if she is ready to make a friend. TJ says yes. Rhonda tells TJ that she is going to 24 hour fitness and that she is to make an acquaintance and connect with people outside the house. Then Rhonda tells her they’re done.
Lisa comes in and says she has to tell them how overwhelming the store was and that they had all these things with stuff. She shows Jessica the charms she bought. Lisa tells Jessica that she can’t pay anyone up front, but that she can give them a percentage of her profits to those who help. Lisa says that she is running late. In confessional, Jessica says she thinks Lisa’s assignment is exciting and fun, but Lisa seems more stressed than excited. Jessica says that she is curious to see how Lisa will handle each phase. Lisa is showing Jessica more charms and she says that she doesn’t have the patience for that and she was hoping that Christina could do that. Lisa yells to Christina that she needs to hire her and she can either take profits or chips; she can take her pick. Everyone is sitting around the table helping Lisa make necklaces. They are talking about the jewelry ad Lisa says that this is where she needs to hire her employees and then she starts trimming her fingernails. She apologizes and said that she didn’t want to leave her employees while she was preparing her nails for work.
Everyone gathers for group session. Lisa says that she is starting to know what her work style is and what kind of employees that she would have to hire for her company. Lisa says she knows who she would hire right now. She says that she likes people who will take charge. She says she wants to be able to give them a little direction and the person just owns it. She says that she doesn’t like people that she has to spell it out for. Jessica tells Lisa that she doesn’t like to micromanage. Lisa says there you go; now I have language to match her working style. Lisa says that she just wants to boss people around because she likes that part. Jill comes into group while they are waiting for Dr Stan to arrive and Lisa tells Jill to hurry up because she is cutting into the profit margin. Allison asks Jill what happened. Jill tells them that she doesn’t want to talk about it. Allison asks Jill if she is ok. In confessional, Jill says that not only did she find out that she still has a fibroid tumor from 10 years ago, but also that it has grown. She says the doctor implies that it could weigh 40 pounds. Jill tells the housemates that one of three things will happen and all three of them will leave to death if she doesn’t have it taken out. Dr Stan comes in and asks how everyone is doing. Lisa says that they just got some news and that Jill had just come from the doctor’s and was sharing with the ladies. Dr Stan asks Jill to tell him what happened. Jill says that she has really bad fibroid tumors. Dr Stan asks if they are uterine fibroid tumors and if the doctors want to operate. Jill says yes and that the tumor has basically taken over her stomach and is about 40 pounds. Dr Stan’s eyes get big and he says really. He then asks Jill if she is going to take care of this quickly, hopefully. He also tells her that they will be glad to help her and he knows that her housemates will be glad to support her. In confessional, Dr Stan says that he knows that it will be difficult for the ladies to concentrate after hearing Jill’s health news. He says that he is concerned about Jill and he thinks the women in the house will be able to support her. Dr Stan says he thinks it is best that they postpone group.
Allison is with Jill and asking if Jill has insurance and Jill says no. Jill starts to cry and Allison apologizes. In confessional, Allison says that she feels horrible for Jill and cannot imagine not having insurance and how she is going to deal with surgeries coming up that will save her life. Allison says she can only imagine what Jill is feeling and what she must be going through. Jill is outside hanging over the balcony hyperventilating. Allison is trying to get her drink some water and calm down. Iyanla comes in and says my word, my word, what is the problem and that Jill is having an ugly cry. In confessional, Iyanla says that she is there to check up on Allison and how she is doing with her father for the day, and she finds Jill in tears on the balcony. Iyanla sits down with Jill and Jill explains that she went to the doctor today for her blood work, and that the doctor checked her fibroids. Iyanla tells Jill that she thought she had surgery on those, and Jill explains how they left one because it was too close to the main vein in her leg. Iyanla says that it concerns her that Jill knew something was wrong and didn’t do anything about it. Iyanla tells Jill that she cannot play that way. In confessional, Jill says that it is very difficult for her to admit to Iyanla that she has the tumor and been remiss in taking care of it. Iyanla tells Jill to stay focused, stay, clear, stay on her program, and do what she can. Iyanla says they will move forward from here and see what they discover.
TJ goes to the 24 hour fitness to work out for her assignment. In confessional, Rhonda says that TJ has been working very diligently on building connections with her housemates. Rhonda says she wants TJ to take her skills and use them outside the Starting Over house. She says that she wants TJ to make a friend, make an acquaintance, and connect with somebody she doesn’t know. She is sitting on an exercise bike and asks the girl next to her if she can help her with the machine. The girl is reading a book and TJ apologizes. The girl explains the machine to TJ and TJ introduces herself. The girl says her name is Buffy. TJ asks if she is from there and Buffy says yes. TJ asks her what she does and Buffy responds that she is in pharmaceutical sales. She asks TJ about her work, and TJ tells her that she owns her own company that works with adults with developmental disabilities to raise their self esteem. TJ says that she can’t wait to tell al the girls that she met a valley girl. Buffy says named Buffy. TJ says named Buffy, nonetheless, and that it is so cool. TJ asks for Buffy’s email address and gets it. TJ calls her Buffy, her little valley girl and then says how excited she is.
Lisa says that she needs to get organized and she asks if anyone can give her some tips on getting organized. Christina tells Lisa that she will give her some feedback if she wants. Lisa says yeah. Christina tells Lisa that she needs to stay focused because she is wasting more energy getting frustrated than working on it. Lisa says that she is limited there. She says that if she can be flexible and creative yeah, but her mind doesn’t work that way. Christina tells her not to limit herself, and Lisa says yeah, but she doesn’t like this. Christina tells Lisa to not get frustrated and to take a deep breath. Jill tells Lisa that it is not out to get her. In confessional, Christina says that she thinks Lisa is being flippant and childish about this entire assignment. Lisa is having trouble with the jump ring and she is saying that it isn’t good enough. She repeats that it just isn’t good enough and asks what she should do. Lisa asks as the leader if she is supposed to delegate it to someone else to do. Jill asks Lisa if that is part of the assignment and Lisa says she doesn’t know. Jill asks Lisa how long she has and Lisa says that she is supposed to be done right now. Jill asks her if she still has all the rest to do and Lisa says yes. Jill tells Lisa that she has to be done now and Lisa says that she knows. Rhonda is walking down to where Lisa is supposed to be selling jewelry but there is no Lisa there. In confessional, Rhonda says she is going to meet Lisa at the corner of where she is selling jewelry. She says she can’t wait to see how many necklaces or earrings she has sold. Rhonda says that she is crossing her fingers that Lisa is doing great. Rhonda is walking around and Lisa is still at the house working. Rhonda asks some people sitting nearby if they have seen a woman out there selling jewelry. They tell her no and she thanks them. In confessional, Rhonda says that she is there, but where is Lisa. She says that Lisa is supposed to be selling her jewelry right now on this corner. Rhonda says that she is there, but where is Lisa. Rhonda says let me just tell, I am not happy.
Allison is cleaning out the refrigerator and Iyanla comes in the kitchen and asks her what she is doing. Allison tells Iyanla that it is such a mess and that she has to fix it. Iyanla asks her why. In confessional, Iyanla says that fear plus resistance equals distraction, and Allison is very good at distracting herself. She just spent the day with someone who represented her father and rather than be still with herself and journal and just bi in touch with herself, she is cleaning out the refrigerator. Iyanla tells Allison to get out of the kitchen and follows Allison to her room to talk to her. Iyanla asks Allison what part of taking care of herself included cleaning out the refrigerator and Allison says that it made her feel better. Iyanla tells Allison that this was a divine opportunity to get healed yet she chose to clean the refrigerator. Allison says that the point is taken. Iyanla asks Allison what her experience was like today and Allison responds strange like something she has never experienced before, but it was really nice. Iyanla tells Allison that she really allowed herself to become fully present in her heart with the day with her father. Allison says that she really felt that during their picnic and Iyanla tells Allison that it is probably easier for her to be intimate with fruits and vegetables than it is to be intimate with another human being. Iyanla tells Allison to lay her lead on his chest and to risk it because if she becomes fully present all the things that she needs to say and hear from her father will come forward. Iyanla tells Allison that she has terror around men and about being a woman. Iyanla tells Allison to be still because there are questions that she needs to ask and some things she needs to say. Iyanla tells her to stay present with herself and that this is for her.
Lisa tells Jill that she feels ridiculous worrying about this little thing (her assignment) when Jill is worrying about her health issue. Lisa says that it puts things into perspective for her. Lisa says that she has no patience to do some stupid little thing and asks Jill if she knows what she means. Jill says that she still has to do it because it is her assignment. In confessional, Jill says that she and Lisa are accountability partners and despite the day that she has had, she is still trying to find the energy to help Lisa. Lisa tells Jill that she was supposed to be ready and she is not ready. She says that she left messages for Rhonda telling her that she failed to meet the objective. Lisa says that this is the first assignment that she has failed. Jill tells Lisa that she loves her, but doesn’t have the patience right now.
TJ and Jessica are outside and TJ is telling Jessica about her assignment today. TJ says that she was supposed to make an acquaintance outside of the house and that she met a valley girl named Buffy. TJ tells Jessica that Buffy is thinking about moving to New York. TJ tells Jessica that she told Buffy that she should meet with her and Jessica for martinis to talk about New York. Jessica says yeah, that she would love to talk to her.
Rhonda shows up at the house and yells out where is she. Someone tells Rhonda that she is outside. Rhonda goes towards the door and Lisa comes in. Rhonda asks Lisa what she is doing and Lisa explains that she didn’t finish with a smile on her face. Rhonda asks Lisa why she is smiling and Lisa responds nervousness. Rhonda says that Lisa is smiling but Rhonda has been sitting on a street corner for an hour and a half. Lisa says that she called Rhonda and left a message. Rhonda says you called me and then asks Lisa that when someone doesn’t call you back, don’t you usually go to the appointed place or think they better check. Lisa says that when she called and didn’t hear back she assumed that Rhonda was busy. Rhonda says that she was busy. Lisa says that she made a mistake and that she should have taken everything she had finished and met Rhonda. She tells Rhonda that she thought calling was sufficient and it wasn’t. In confessional, Lisa says that Rhonda is reading her the riot act and she is standing there paralyzed and in shock. Lisa starts to whine and says that she didn’t know what to do and didn’t use good judgment. Lisa tells Rhonda that she was trying to be perfect she guesses. Rhonda tells Lisa that her actions show that unless someone is there to tell her what to do she doesn’t know how to think for herself. Lisa says that when it came to it she got frustrated and wasn’t as ready as she thought she was. Rhonda tells Lisa to call her housemates to a meeting to hear all the excuses they heard all day. Lisa calls all the housemates in and they sit on the couch. Rhonda says that Lisa decided to not show up for an appointment and that Rhonda waiting for an hour and a half. Rhonda asked what happened today that Lisa couldn’t make her appointment at 5pm. Rhonda asks the roommates to raise their hands if they helped Lisa today and they all did except TJ. Rhonda says that she had help from her housemates and she let them down too. Rhonda asks Lisa how she plans to pay her housemates that helped her and how she is going to pay her back. Lisa says that she doesn’t have a good excuse and that she did everything that she has done in the past, and she doesn’t know what else to say in her defense. Lisa says that she messed up and that she didn’t mean to leave Rhonda on the street corner. Lisa says that she was stressed out with not getting it perfect and things not going the way they were supposed to that she forgot the important stuff. Rhonda says that she thinks that Lisa has a problem with authority and if she doesn’t have someone telling her she doesn’t know what to do. Rhonda tells Lisa that if she had come in all forgiving like it was no problem that she didn’t finish the assignment, Lisa would think there was nothing wrong and that everything would be fine. Allison tells Lisa that when it comes to doing things for herself, she wants to tell people what to do for her. Lisa says that she felt frustrated that she couldn’t get the clasp that she thought she would be better at delegating to someone else because she was doing that best she thought she could. Rhonda looks at Christina and says that her eyes are really big right now and asks Christina if she would like to say something. Lisa gets really mean with Christina and says that she didn’t leave. Lisa says that she thought in her mind, no matter how twisted and distorted it is, that she was doing the best she could. Lisa says that she stayed and didn’t say that she wasn’t going to do it because she missed her deadline. Rhonda asks Lisa if she is attacking her roommates and having a hissy fit like a little kid. Rhonda says that she thought Lisa was in the SOH and needed to grow up. Lisa tells Rhonda in a snotty voice that she was told she was to defend herself, but that she wasn’t doing it correctly. Rhonda says that now Lisa is getting flippant and a little attitude about it. Rhonda says that she sees, Lisa is too good for it, or doesn’t want to be coached, or doesn’t want feedback from her housemates. Rhonda tells Lisa that she thinks it is a joke. Lisa says that she doesn’t and Rhonda tells her, but she just yelled at her housemates and gave Rhonda a flippant attitude, and two minutes ago she was crying saying please help me, and then she gives the anger again. Lisa starts to whine and Rhonda says here come the tears again. Rhonda asks Lisa which was real the tears or the anger, because she is betting on the anger. Rhonda yells at Lisa and tells her she if full of it. Rhonda tells Lisa that she just attacked her housemates. Lisa says that she was defending herself and reacting without thinking. Christina says that it is not the first time that Lisa has attacked or had a hissy fit today. Jessica tells Lisa it was a struggle because the housemates did most of the work and Lisa would walk away. Jessica says that they did everything including emotionally supporting her today. Rhonda asks if Lisa was Miss Excuse today. Jessica says that Lisa’s attitude was that she couldn’t do it and didn’t have enough time. Lisa says that she couldn’t see that everyone was trying to help her. She says she was stuck in her own frustration and couldn’t get the support. Rhonda tells Lisa that the whole house got a “C” at the last Board of Review and that includes Lisa. Rhonda tells her that if she gets one more “C” she is out of the house and there will be a Board of Review very soon. Jill tells Lisa that they are partners and that Lisa better not mess it up for her. Lisa tarts to talk and Jill interrupts her and says as much as Lisa failed the housemates failed. Lisa asks if that is supposed to make her feel better and what she is supposed to do now. Jill tells Lisa that she is supposed to realize the gravity of the situation. Lisa says she’s got that, but what is she supposed to do to turn it around. Jill tells Lisa to not get a pissy attitude with her. Allison tells Lisa that they love her and they are her friend, but they were talking orders, and Jessica agrees. Lisa asks them if they really felt like she was ordering them around and they all looked shocked that she would ask and nodded that they did feel that way. Allison tells Lisa to think about what happened. She tells Lisa that they do not judge and they come from a loving place and there is a short while before Allison’s father arrived. Allison says to have a good time tonight and enjoy this man’s company. Lisa says she feels like a big idiot. TJ tells Lisa that when she heard her talking earlier that leadership is a hard thing. TJ tells Lisa that when she was in it she said she would just use all of her skills and oh, oh, oh. She was just in Lisa. (TJ is being overly dramatic to make a point here.) TJ tells Lisa that that is the point. Not that she can’t do it, or doesn’t have the skills, but that she was up in her head with her giant ego and Jill agrees. Lisa asks if what TJ is saying that on top of all these other things she is an egomaniac too. TJ tells Lisa that she loves her and is not making fun of her or being condescending to her, but she is going to get her ass kicked out of the house. In confessional, Lisa says that she sees herself as down to earth and struggling trying to get the exercise right, but she thinks the housemates see her as some entitled person who doesn’t want to surrender to the process. Lisa says that this aggravates her. TJ asks Lisa if she wants to change her life.
Steve shows up to the house and Allison introduces him to everyone and offers him a drink. Lisa says that she is going to take Steve for a tour and that they will come back for a cocktail.
Jessica is outside with Jill hugging her and telling her that she will be taken care of and that it will be ok. Jill tells Jessica that she doesn’t know whether she should call her mom now or wait. Jessica tells her to do whatever is in her heart. In confessional, Jill says that last time she had the surgery it was really bad and it’s been 11 years to the day almost. She says that it is too much to deal with and deal with her mom. Jessica tells her that this is a time when you want to talk to your mom, when you are most scared. Jill says yeah. Jessica tells Jill that it is not her job to worry about how her mom will handle it. She tells Jill that her mom will handle it and loves her and will be there to support her.
Lisa is showing Steve around the house and Lisa tells Steve that is Allison’s role. Steve clarifies and asks if she is the healer and the mediator for everyone else. Lisa tells Steve that Allison does it at the expense of herself. Steve asks Lisa what he can do and if he thinks that part of Allison has to do with her father. Lisa tells Steve that everyone is a result of what their parents do, so there is probably from Allison’s father that affects her. Lisa then tells Steve that her parents have affected her and how she has turned out and Lisa continues to go on about herself. Steve asks Lisa if she has been able to help Allison. Lisa says that she tried to point things out since Allison is so glaringly opposite of her. Lisa says that she tries to be supportive but she doesn’t want to insult Allison’s intelligence. TJ comes into the room and breaks up the conversation by saying Allison really needs some support. In confessional, TJ says that the minute a man comes in the house Lisa goes into flirtation mode. She says that tonight, Steve is Allison’s guest and Lisa needs to back off.
Allison goes with Steve into a room to be alone and talk. Allison makes the comment that her roommates are great gals. Steve says they really love her and they are not faking. Allison says that they aren’t faking it and she believes that. Steve asks Allison what they haven’t said to each other today or done that they might have done. He asks Allison if there would be any regrets and Allison says no. Allison says that it was important to hear from him and an alcoholic perspective as her dad that he is sorry if he ever knew what he did. Allison says that in her thoughts and how horrid they were today about the beating her mother had taken and trying to make everything happen and calm down and make everything work. In confessional, Allison says that she is dealing with all of these conflicting feelings about her father. She says to be able to share that with Steve and ask for his advice and get his words of wisdom has been insightful. Allison hugs Steve and she tells him that it is a day she will never forget.
Lisa is talking to TJ and says you know, like I is so stupid that I didn’t get that Rhonda didn’t answer her cell phone three times and that I should have gone to meet Rhonda, and now I am the worst person on the planet and that I am not getting anything because of that. Lisa says that she feels like she is being punished for the way she is and she didn’t know there was another option at the moment, until after it was brought to her attention. Lisa says that the other housemates told her that she couldn’t really believe that and Lisa says that she did really believe that. Lisa says that in her mind they had to be a certain way, and if they weren’t that way then she could just do them tomorrow. Lisa tells TJ that everyone told her she could have tied a knot or made a bracelet, but Lisa says she doesn’t think that way and then asks if it makes her an idiot if she doesn’t think that way. TJ tells her no. Lisa asks if it makes her inconsiderate, stupid, or uncreative and then asks TJ if she knows what she is getting at. She then tells TJ that she is just thinking out loud. In confessional, Lisa says that she thinks her housemates are afraid to talk to her. She says that she doesn’t think that she is that scary and doesn’t understand why everyone cowers when she is having a little stress. TJ walks outside leaving Lisa standing in the living room. Lisa then goes roaming and finds Jessica to talk to. Jessica tells Lisa that she undermined herself today with all of the negative self talk. Jessica tells Lisa that was frustrating to watch. Lisa tells Jessica that when Rhonda called all the housemates, Lisa felt everyone was against her like she was acting like this horrible person and she didn’t realize it. Lisa says that everyone is disappointed. Jessica tells Lisa that everyone was working for her today and asks Lisa if she saw that. Lisa says yeah, but then she was confused when they were all saying those things about her to Rhonda. Jessica tells Lisa that it is just feedback. Lisa tells Jessica that she didn’t take it the right way at all, and then tells her that she hope she doesn’t have an assignment tomorrow because she needs to sit with this awhile. Lisa thanks Jessica and Jessica says of course. Jill is sitting and crying.
Next on Starting Over: Jill struggles to face her health crisis. On the phone Jill says that now she is really dealing with a lot. In confessional, she says that it would be nice to not be in pain all the time. The women’s frustration with Lisa boils over. In confessional, TJ says that Lisa is not getting it. Either you let it go, do what you need to do, or pack your bags. TJ says that she will help her pack. Lisa learns her fate. Rhonda says they will be meeting at 12 o’clock and she hopes Lisa has come up with a solution like she was asked.
