I just read an article about Susan in a Kentucky paper. She seemed so happy! I am happy for her, and hope her family is supportive of all the personal information that was shared with the public.
She was happy just to say "I have a dad". The article said she had never walked along the railroad tracks where her mother was killed before she did it on the show. It was good she could reflect, and let go.

I'm glad that she is happy too. She was my favorite in the house. Next to Amy. Her story was so sad. I would never want to be in her shoes. I was raised without a dad. but I always had my mom by my side, so I can't even imagine what she has gone through. I'm glad the tough part is over and now she can begin having a relationship with her dad and stepfather.

Has anybody seen the picture in Lynell's website where all the graduates are together? and did anyone see how beautiful Susan looks in that picture? She looks so young. Wow, I never thought she would look like that. She dressed so different on the show. She looked really old on the show, maybe cause she was so depressed. But you can really tell she is happy now. I'm so happy for her.
She looks fantastic!
