Last but no least--Howard was always considered overly possessive of her very controlling--they often fought about that. She was also supposed to be his only financial support. The guy is creepy and always was. On those reality shows she couldn't even decorate without him interferring. Anna's family who she has been estranged from of course publicly believed he killed her son cause he was so controlling and possessive and "wanted Anna to himself" And of course he was with the son when he died. Then how did suddenly Howard come back in her life claimed he was her husband and this was their baby. Something weird was going on. Was he drugging her in all those scenes we saw Anna on ET and telling her what to say for money and making her sell photos of her son for money. Why was he back in her life when he was living elsewhere when she was going out with Birkhead. What hold did he have over her. Maybe ole Howard drugged her got her pregnant since she vowed "having sex with Howard would make her puke" and she would never do that, her female lover reported.

Problem with using drugs anyone can overdose..plus anyone can overdose you too. He son overdosed on anti-depressants that were prescription and meth. We will never know just like that hard rock singer where many blamed Cortney Love for overdosing her husband and killing him. No proof.

Well either way this was a sad person but there was always something to admire about her.

Anna Nicole has intrigued me for a long time, however, her bizare behavior just before the birth of Danielynne, really shocked me. I'm referring to a video of her standing in a pool, (she was not yet showing) and asking people to click on if they wanted to know if she was indeed pregnant. There was a small charge to get the information. She appeared impaired in this video. Her eyes didn't look right and her speech was slurred. It went downhill from there.

I was surprised at how upset I got when I found out she was dead. Even though I always disliked the way she behaved like the child which forced Daniel to be the caretaker of her, there was still something likeable about her. I really rooted for her. I wanted her to get the inheritance from her deceased husband.

As far as Howard goes, I have never seen him on camera that he appeared to be impaired, while Anna always appears impaired IMO, except when she is in court. Howard must know the extent of her addiction.

What I really don't get is why people who knew her are going on tv and saying that Anna was unfairly portrayed by the media. I think she portrayed herself as she was in the media....very intoxicated by some substance. She even called her mother a fat cow. THat was too much.

Her friend James John or John James, kept talking about how wonderful she was as a hostess and how wonderful she was with his children. My question is, "Did she appear to be impaired when she was entertaining he and his children?" I would not allow my children to be around a person that messed up on drugs or alcohol. Why would she only get messesd up to go on tv interviews, talk shows and award shows, but then stay sober in the privacy of her home? It doesn't make sense to me.

I don't know what caused her death. It may have been anything, but, nothing disputes her obvious substance abuse problem.
I just hope that arrangements are made to protect the child.

If I were Howard, I would be afraid to keep custody of the baby. I mean, how would it look if God forbid something tragic happened to that child while the child was in Howard's care. I would not want to be the last surviving person in that family alive. Even if you were completely innocent, the implications would be overwhelming.

Did anyone see the guy from Entertainment Tonignt on the news this morning? He said that recently, Howard found Anna floating face down in the pool of their home. He pulled her out and called the security guard to perform CPR! I couldn't believe this. Did anyone else hear this story?

Debby...did not see this report, but have to say it reminds me of lots of old "Hollywood" biographies where they tried to keep the press "out of it"whenever possible...my other thought was that perhaps Howard did not know how to administer CPR...or simply panicked?
