Andrea Yates had her conviction overturned today.
Her husband, Rusty Yates, will be on Larry King tonight.
If you don't catch The Larry King Show the first time it is aired, it is aired here later in the evening.
Many Celebrities & Stars are coming forward to Donate & Raise Money for the Tsunami Disaster. I had been wondering about the Sports Stars coming together & donating.
Kobe Bryant will also be on The Larry King Show tonight to talk about donations, also.

I believe one the the expert witnesses claimed that the TV show "Law and Order" had an episode that mirrored the Yates case but there was no such TV show. I'm still not sure how her cival rights were violated by this though.

From what I gathered on the News tonite It was because teh expert said he would on that episode but in truth there was no episode.
So who knows they are trying right now to uphold teh decision we will see.

My doctor was in Texas at the time this all went on. She said Yates was proven to be in her right mind, and understood what she did to her children. If she got the idea from a TV show, and this episode NEVER WAS, then that says something for her state of mind. I think she needs help, not prison. But she must be held accoutable for what she did, whether or not she knew what she was doing at the time.
