A Christmas Miracle! 1 Year, 9 Months ago Karma: 0
As everyone knows my parents abandoned my sister and I when my sister was 3 years old and I wasn't quiet a year old and never were around. Well two days before Christmas my mom called and said she was coming over on Christmas eve because she had to work on Christmas day. I had prayed for as many years as I can remember for her and my dad to come around and want to be in my life and all that, well it paid off. All the prayers were heard, and me waiting on the Lord really paid off for me I was blessed like so big. My mom did come by as she said she would do, then after a while of being with the family I called her into my room and told her I needed to talk with her. I told her honestly and exactly what all I felt, I told her just how bad I've hurt for all my 19 years now and she said she knows and that she's sorry for it all. Then I played the song *Love can Build A Bridge* by the Judds when they were a mother/daughter team and we just sat here and held one another, she cried the whole time and told me "baby I love you and I'm sorry" I then told her "I know mom and it's ok because I forgive you and daddy both, I love you and I always will because you're my mom and always will be". Then we just talked things out some more and she's suppose to call me sometime and let me know when she doesn't have to work and can come back up here and everything, then we're suppose to get together again and talk more. We would love for my sister and my dad to join us but I highly doubt that my sister will and I have no idea where my dad is right now. I did donate blood the day after Christmas and I ran into someone then and they told me where he might be and unless he moved within the past 2-3 weeks he's not even 5 minutes up the road from me. He won't call or stop by though and I can't go to where he might be, because the person who owns the property lives right in front of him and he would probably have me arrested for going up there and he also has dogs that bite so I'll just keep praying for him and my mom as well. Things look good right now, and even if something happens and we don't get to have the mother/daughter relationship we both want it's ok because she now knows that I forigive her and my dad both and she also knows how I felt and I feel now. To everyone who has been praying about this situation, thank you so much God will so bless you big time I just know it, once again thanks for everything all the prayer and the support, even the advise.

Take care and God bless everyone and have the warmest and best new year ever,
Sue

Thank you very much to the both of you, I'm just glad that she changed and matured a lot since I last saw or heard from her. God has really blessed me this year and mainly in these past few months. Just last Wensday night when we were about to get in the car to come home from church a lady came up to me and hugged me, she then told me I was such a blessing to her and gave her hope. Another lady came up to my Grandmother and told her she would like to talk with me sometime because she's worried about her Great-Grandaughter. Her mother did crystal meth and all kinds of drugs and now has a mentle issue where she can't take care of her, plus she also has post-pardome depression after having her three children. Her father is still hooked on drugs so they are not raising her, so the Great-Grandmother wants to talk with me about things. I testified again this Wensday nihgt and told everyone what God has done for me and this gave her more hope, I could tell that she was all choked up about the situation so after church I went up to her and told her not to worry because the Lord is always going to take care of the little girl and she'll be just fine. SHe told me she knows but that she's has seen the pain I had and doesn't want her great-grandaughter to have that, I just told her the only thing I knew to say at the moment. I said it's ok though because God is here and He will take care of her so don't worry and anytime any of you ever need anything even just someone to talk with I'm always here, just call me and I'll always be there for you no matter what and she's in Gods hands no matter what asa well. I believe that 2007 is really going to be a huge year of blessings as I seek God and try to get closer to Him. I remember on the ride home I just set in the car and said "Lord thank and praise you so much for speaking and working through me for your honor and glory, and Father please just continue doing that for your honor and glory as only you deserve it". I then aske Him to just have His way in my life and my time on earth, to help me to do His will and for all the honor and glory to go to Him. thanks so much for all the support and encouragement, the advise, everything. Eveyone here is just so great and the Lord will continue to bless all of you very big blessings just keep up what you're doing, may the Lord be with all of you and bless you with the best and warmest new year ever.

Take care and God Bless all of you always,
Sue

Yes it was the best thing ever so far, it was all I really wanted for Christmas as well. I told everyone and I was 100% honest about it when they would ask me what I wanted for Christmas I told them just my family together, healthy, and happy. I also said that I would like for my mom and dad to be around, well my mom was praise God for that. Just to hold her and tell her that I forgive and love her but most of all that God does, man that was the best gift of all. She didn't have the money to get anyone anything because she's the only one working right now but that's fine with me just having her here was honestly the best thing ever. I'm so happy and blessed as well, I'm hoping things will continue to go good for us. We just have to go around her work schedule and everything, but I just know that God will provide a way if it's meant to be and I'm sure it is or He wouldn't have brought us together so it's all good.

Thanks for everything,

Take care and God bless always,
Sue
