Awwww {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{zizzy}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

I can surely empathize as I just lost my Mam on the 19th!

She had Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, and was cleared in 99, after chemo, then in 04, but when it came back in Jan of this year, it was bad. The chemo shrunk her lymph nodes in her groin, easing the pain of them swelling her wee legs, and starting to shut down her kidneys. (The lymph nodes swell, with the cancer, and fluid makes them much larger)
Even tho we all knew it was going to happen, it still whacks me in the heart everytime I think of calling her or stopping by her home.

I wish you peace and sympathy in this hard time ahead.

Love,
MaryBeth

Zizzy, I am so sorry to hear about you loss, I lost my father on June 14, 2004. I know the pain that you are feeling, and it is still so fresh for me. Be strong and talk about her whenever you have the chance. I have started a group check it out url=http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SurvivorOfLosingAParent/]Survivor of Losing a Parent[/url]

I so understand where you are coming from ..when I just had my first son in 1987, my mom <who was living overseas with my dad> was murdered then ...4 months later my father left me...it has been a struggle throughout my life that I have yet to get over...they never knew any of my children...I wish they had...I so know how you feel but I hated hearing that when my parents passed...at the time I felt like no one knew what I felt ...God bless ...
