I am a new Realtor in the state of Georgia and i feel like I have hit a brick wall. I am looking forward tom encouragement and helpful information from this forum. I too hope in turn I can help someone. I am a stay at home Mother to 5 children. This is my first career in about 6 years. I am excited but at a loss as to how to mjump start my dream.

Are you working for a realtor or yourself? How much of the job can you do from home? Are any of your children old enough to babysit the younger ones? Realty may seem a bit discouraging at first due to the poor housing market, but once you get into your niche I'm sure it will be very profitable. Plus the state of the housing market will make each sale so much more satisfying.
