Info on another site...indicated that the final show was taped about a week ago. (the post was dated 1/23 and it stated a week before)

I think Cassie 2 and son's reunion was either part of that somehow. Also interesting is the rumor that Sommer from SO2 was also a part of the finale somehow.

Maybe they will invite her back to finish her story. I think she was given the boot purely for drama.. Maybe she is invited back for some other reason. One can only speculate if indeed the rumor is true.

I pass these on as rumors only.

Maybe sommer's return is to talk to or help Christie who also had gastric bypass and Sommer is selfconcience of her body too who knows

That had occurred to me too. Maybe while working with Christie the show decided maybe they hadn't been fair to Sommer. I can't imagine them inviting her back to participate in something when she was literally thrown out of the SO2 house.

It always had appeared to me that the Sommer drama was overplayed and not explained well enough.

I'm glad that it seems that Sommer is on great terms with most of her former housemates from SO2 and several of this seasons.

I am sure she can identify with that not being comfortable in your skin feeling... Hopefully she has overcome that!

Yeah, I wonder how they justify kicking Sommer out and leaving Lisa #1 in?????

I would be disappointed if they brought Sommer back.
I am also wondering why in the heck Lisa hasn't been kicked out by now! It is crazy, talk about rule breaking!

I don't know the breadth and depth of the rumor... It could be that she is bought back for closure of some sort... and maybe not as an actual HG.

Maybe some sort of Alumni function... But I would think she wouldn't be welcome to be part of the Alumni mentality if she was put out of the house for less than honorable reasons. Sommer appears to have been extremely good friends with Jennifer from so2.. Even though the show never edited their relationship in that light.

Yep,,,, we'll have to wait and see what kind of finale the show is going to air. It probably hasn't even been fully edited yet.. Hopefully more concrete spoilers will be forthcoming in the next month or 2.
