Saw some info I'd never seen before. Especially regarding transition from season 1 to 2..

They have the various women listed from the 3 seasons. Regarding Lynnel and Hailey... Hailey's last name is Murray.. (her parents were divorced) But it says her uncle was Jon Murray the producer of the show.

Now we know how that mother daughter set may have gotten their 2 spots. Considering it was the first season of the show, I don't begrudge them it.. If I recall right.. There was alot of mother daughter issues that needed to get worked on and probably a good eye opener for others going through similar clashes with moms or kids.

Anyway, I thought it a good find. Also mentioned that some markets picked up reruns after Megan Mulholley's show was pulled.

Thanks for the link, KPW! That's very interesting about Hailey. I watched when she and her mother were in the house, but not as intently as I did later on. She and her mother really got on my nerves though. Hailey was soooo whiney and such a spoiled brat. She was quite rude to her mother most of the time IMO.

Her mother was too much of a pushover IMO. She was very attached to her daughter, more of a friend role than parent, however, her coach saw her as controlling of Hailey and not willing to let her go. I cracked up when they had the exercise of being chained together for a day. They had to figure out how to use the bathroom, eat and everything chained together. LOL.

Didn't they come back to the house for a tune up after they graduated? I can't remember what time frame it was in.

They also came back for some activities and graduations I think.

Wonder if Hailey had ever commented to her uncle what a shame his decision was to let SO go or if he ever had the curtesy to give her an real explanantion?<br><br>Post edited by: Debby, at: 2007/05/31 14:12

I think they did have Hailey and Lynnell come back several times supposedly under the guise of successful graduates and to help out. I never knew the connection between Hailey and Jon Murray though..

There was a time during the last season that someone went to a spa type place and Lynnell was working the desk. They didn't call attention to her... but it was her..

I was thinking the other day about various stories and ladies that went through the SO house and wonder how they are doing.

Kim from season 3 isn't reflected on this list. I wonder how she is doing. There definitely seemed to be much more going on with her than met the eye.

I see that there are quite a few of the season 3 women not listed..

Maybe we should have a memory thread... to jog out memories and we can reminisce!

Sounds good. I had to stop and think about Christie's name when I posted my question about Passages. Funny how you are so familar with somoone for so long and then after awhile, you can't recall their name. Am I that old? LOL.

I wonder, was it on this board that it was discussed if Kim from Season 3 may have had more intense abuse from her father than was shown on SO, and that it was also sexual in nature? They felt the show chose not to air all of the details due to the sensitity of the matter. I know there was so much talk around that time. Did I dream this or see it here?

I think there were some here that may have hinted it at it...or suggested the possibility.

I thought there were alot of inconsistencies and points to her stories..and also some peculiar personality issues. Soon after she got to the house she walked away from one exercise and another incident where she was dumping an ashtray that still had hot butts in them into the kitchen trash can.. and then there was something about a broken glass. I wondered if she had some sort of substance abuse problem..

She really could have been dealing with several things going on.. and the SO house was not the place for her. She definitely had child abandonment issues and perhaps anger issues to deal with. But I seriously think she was graduated to get her out of there. It was a rather abrupt end after her rambling attack on Kelly at Kelly's graduation.

I think substance abuse or a horrible childhood could cause a person to act in a pyschotic way.. I was glad she came back to the finale..and that they embraced her. No matter what was going on with her... whether production trumped it up or what.. The graduation and return for the finale had to have been helpful. I just hope they directed her to some good follow up help.

I meant to mention I know what you mean about drawing blanks on names.. I had a hard time remembering Josie's name.. I think that was it.. Her name isn't listed either at Wikipedia... I don't remember her little girls name either.. She was a cutie though.. Oh yeah, her name was Chloe... (took me a while!)
