Anybody catch the premiere tonight? It's just coming on, but I am planning to watch with great anticipation. The previews I've seen of it look good..

Hubby and I tried to watch it and stuck it out for a bit, but just couldn't get into it. Maybe it just started out really slowly and we didn't give it a fair shot. Sure has some BIG names!!!

I agree Grizz.. I thought it was too much jumping around... Maybe the new format of some of these dramas just aren't my cup of tea..

I couldn't get into it either... I thought it was going to have a bit more humor in it... The one clip I saw on a news show was Matt Perry's character sitting in a conference room in a suit with a bunch of poorly dressed (I suppose they were the show's writers).. and he was telling them about the new expectations of the staff... that they wouldn't dress and act like jr. highers.. Then in barges I think was his love interest... and he tells the staff arouond the table that it will begin in a minute... and he leaves the room to deal with her.. I just thought it might have had a comical bent to it...based on that clip.. You know how Matthew Perry can deliver with sarcasm..

I thought there was alot of big names too!

I enjoyed seeing Judd Hirsch again.. I used to like him on Taxi and Dear John.. I think he had done alot of stage work in the last several years. I couldn't understand his character though.. Since he got fired I guess he won't be back!

I guess they had to lay down the ground work for the season.. with background info...

I think for me, there was just too much going on, and hard to follow.
