I also liked Kathie Lee on "Regis..." and it took a LONG time for me to warm up to Kelly but I eventually did as well. But I also know that alot of women for some reason unbeknownst to me do not, so I know they wouldn't chance it.

I really like Suzanne Somers and I wouldn't mind Marie O either. They might not be as politically minded but maybe we NEED that; there is way too much pontificating about politics these days and it might be a refreshing change to have some laughs or lighter banter.

I say either one would be nice. They definitely need to lighten things up a bit.

Hmm... Suzanne Sommers and Marlo Thomas get my vote... would love to see Lisa Ling come back... wouldn't mind seeing our Iylanna... LOL.

Oh Iylanna, that would be perfect. She would certainly meet all the requirements! lol I think she could steal the show. She has that special impowerment gift that would draw woman of all walks of life.......... Now if only someone would listen to our lovely list of woman.

I like most of the ones mentioned!! I think Whoopi would be a hoot, also Marie Osmond!!!! 'T'will be interesting to see!!!!

I swear I didn't have any idea that Marie was going to be on the show when I posted this. What a concidence. She was on yesterday and I think did a great job! She was just wonderful. If the show is smart they will explore the Marie potential. The audience loved her and her and Joy got into a few little tiffs, which is good. You want someone who will stand up to Joy and give as much attitude as she does. The banter makes it intteresting.

What did you think about how she fit in?

I watched also,and I thought Marie did a great job. I think she would do just as good job as any of the others we all thought of. I just hope that the don't take into consideration of Marie's bouts of depression to take on a job as that. What I'm saying is how the producers and such shun on anyone who has personal problems that has leaked into the media. I believe Marie has over come alot of obstacles and seems to me that she looks and sounds like the Marie we grew up watching.
