:( Hmm, yes, I saw it and noticed that this is like the third time I've heard the new daughter in law referred to as a "Playboy Bunny". I mean, that was HOW many years ago and what does she do NOW? I would be a little frustrated/offended if I were the McGraw's having to listen to their daughter in law referred to as a "Playboy Bunny", not even a FORMER "Playboy Bunny". Can she not just be referred to as "Jay's new wife"? Just my pet peeve. It feels to me like people are trying to rub it in their noses that their son fell in love with and married a floozy, despite his father's sage advice on relationships.

Am I too sensitive about this?

No, you're not too sensitive..............I get sick of all that living in the past and keeping the judgements and self-righteousness to rub noses in it!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe they met when he was doing the Makeover My Family series and she and her sisters worked hard and wonderfully on that show!!!!!

I just have to say that I am loving The View more everyday. What a big improvement the change has made on that show. I know it sounds crazy but I don't miss Meredith at all.

Yesterday was fantastic on The View. One of the guest was my childhood idol, Donny Osmond, looking as handsome as ever. He is now a grandpa and they showed a photo of his grandson. He was previously on Martha Stewart with the child as well. His wife, oldest son, and father-in-law were in The View audience.

Everybody says he is great in Beauty and the Beast in which he is starring on Broadway. It's nice to see good things come to good people.

He and Rosie sang a birthday tribute to Barbara Walters and the entire cast of Beauty and the Beast came out to join in the finale....glitter dropped and a cake was wheeled out. It was a real production. Unheard of in previous View years. What a difference a season makes.

Did you know Barbara is 73 years old? I couldn't believe it. They didn't announce on the show, I saw it somewhere else.
She looks sooooo good.

Yes, I totally agree; the View is 100% better now with Rosie and I never expected it to be. I wasn't a huge fan of Meredith but the show was getting "tired" and dull. Something about Rosie has brought it back to life; even Elizabeth and Joy seem more energized.

I loved seeing Donny O - Can you believe I had friends that had his poster on their wall growing up?? He was such an idol in my day, (shows you how old I am if he's a grandpa! ) ahhaahha!

Anyway, loving the View, too!

I only saw about 15 minutes of the View yesterday, and I agree I have been enjoying it too. I was never a Rosie fan, but I must admit she is funny, and she seems to be growing on me. LOL

I was watching ET, and they mentioned Barbara's age. I assumed she was in her 60's, and thought she looked good, but 73... she looks great.

Today... Tuesday... there seemed to be a bit of conflict between Rosie and Joy... I wonder if it was put on, or could there be a little trouble in paradise. LOL

Oh, I wasn't paying total attention but I did hear Rosie make the comment that she "missed Star Jones" or something to that effect. Was she referring to something Joy said? Hmmm, I wonder.
It didn't make sense to me. Maybe someone heard the whole thing?
I thought it was strange to have two comediennes on the panel. They need a little more balance in my opinion; someone like Deborah Roberts.??
