Wow, KPW. THanks for the summary. I didn't realize I had missed so much so soon! I'll try to locate the reruns and check it out. It sounds like they have really lost it. I must have caught just a few minutes of bliss before they resume the crazy behavior.

I wonder what response Matt and Amy have to people who certainly are commenting on their children who are monsters? Is their head in the sand? If they didn't watch themselves last season and see how pathetic their behavior was and try to get some help, then they are pitiful.

I can't take much more of the stuff. This could be a season that I can't watch. Do they need an intervention?...Yeah.

I'm sure I missed a few events over the course of 3 or more shows..

The first place they stopped was a mountanous area in California I think.. I forgot the name of the place.. but it is famous.. I'm sure the episode guide mentions it by name.. There Matt and Amy reminisced about Matt's proposal to her there 20 years earlier.. Jeremy took pictures of them together. So far, they had gone there, then to Death Valley (and that was back when they were having that scorcher heat wave early in the summer!) and then to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. I thought they said they were on day 5 or 6 at that point. The trip was supposed to be for about 2 weeks.. They could be skipping around with the editing.. but the kids seemed to be getting pretty bored..

It was an interesting start for the trip.. You could tell the family was very nervous with Matt driving that big rig.. But he seemed like he got the hang of it.

Molly seems to be a bright spot in the family. So far anyway!

I wonder if Matt let Jeremy have that car he got near the end of the previous season as an incentive to do better in school.

Both of the twins should be going into their senior year this year.. They have alot of maturing to do! Should be an interesting year if the show stays on the air.. Might add pressure to the twins about college.. but then again.. Nothing seems to phase either of them.. and they seem oblivious to the camera and how they come across or are portrayed.

The twins seem to be very unprepared for college. Sorta like some of my friends who started their first year. They didn't have any self discipline, poor study habits, and loved to goof off. Many were put on academic probation and never made it back for the second year. It' really sad. I think you have to have some drive to want to go to college. I haven't seen that in the twins yet.

Hopefully, I cant find those reruns this weekend.

I know it's off topic, but I keep seeing reruns of Jon and Kate. I can never catch their new shows. What's the deal?

Not sure if you ever started watching this season or not... I've still been watching...I guess it's voyeuristic a bit... It's entertaning and dreadful at the same time!

This week they went to the Bahamas...

I remembered about the DUI and tried to find some info on how that turned out.

I stumbled on this website which I am sure a fan started.. It did have info about the dui and that the court date is Dec. 6th.. (or thereabouts)... I was going down the articles/posts..and happened to see one that cracked me up...

It was a drinking game! You have to see it... I think it was done tongue in cheek..especially considering the things they have to take sips and slugs for..

"Over on facebook, there are a few Little People Big World groups. I am a member of a couple of them, and came across a pretty hilarious discussion by one of the groups today where some people came up with an idea for a drinking game to play while watching the show.

I’ve never really thought of LPBW as the type of show to drink to, but some of these are pretty funny. I think most people would be completely hammered by the end of the show with these rules.

-everytime Matt is driving a machine, 1 drink
-if one of Jeremys friends pick up Zach, 2 drinks
-everytime Amy gets mad, one drink
-if Matt falls off(stool,machine,anything) finish your beer
-everytime molly hits Jacob, 1 drink
-if Matt is wearing a red sweater DRINK
-if they play soccer, take a sip
-if someone goes into a hospital, 2 drinks
-for every friend Jeremy has over, take a drink for each one
-everytime Zach rides his bike, drink
-any fight between any little people, 1 drink
-anytime Zach plays xbox drink for as long as he’s playing
-drink every time you think Jeremy and his girlfriend get it on after the cameras turn off
-everytime Zach smiles, 3 drinks.
-everytime Jeremy hugs his mom, 2 drinks.
-everytime Zach drives a car, finish your beer.
-everytime Amy tries and fails to wake Jeremy up in the morning, 2 drinks

I have TRIED to watch some of the new season, but have found it difficult. The other day I was watching what I think was a new show. Zach was clearing some land to play paint ball. He didn't like what his dad said about using some equipment and began calling him a jerk. Mom stepped in and told him that was no way to talk, but you could tell that she agreed with him and it had no impact. I turned the channel.

I ran across a message board on the TLC website. A lot of the posts were critical of the smart mouth, disrepectful kids who have few chores and a fair amount about Matt's DUI. Matt had actually posted a message on the board saying that he had pleaded not guilty to the DUI and he was waiting for his court date. He said he was not making any further statement until after his court appearance.
